D-Glucosamine HCl
D-glucosamine hydrochloride — an amino monosaccharide that serves as a building block for glycosaminoglycans in cartilage. The HCl form is the most concentrated glucosamine salt on a mg-of-glucosamine basis and is therefore preferred for high-dose capsules and tablets. HS offers both traditional shellfish-derived grades and shellfish-free vegan (corn-fermentation) grades.
